Tuna fish sate

Ingredients:

Tuna fish fillet grounded 200gr
Coconut oil 50 ml
Chili chopped 1/2pc
Small chili chopped 2pcs
Shrimp paste 10gr
Shallots chopped 3pcs
Garlic chopped 3pcs
Sweet basil 10leaves
Coconut milk ½ cup
Palm sugar 2tsp
Lime juice 1/2pc
Fried shallots 4pc
Lemongrass stick 6pcs
Salt/pepper to taste

Methods:

  1. Mix chili, shrimp paste, shallot, garlic, coconut oil and salt, seared, transfer to the bowl, add sweet basil ,Palm sugar, coconut milk, lime juice, fried shallot and salt/pepper for the taste
  2. Add ground tuna , mix together with the sauce
  3. Put in lemon grass stick and grill for 5 minutes
