Prawn in chili sauce

Prawns 200gr
Sweet chili sliced 2pcs
Hot chili sliced 2pcs
Shallots sliced 2pcs
Garlic sliced 4pcs
Shrimp paste 5gr
Tomato sliced 3pc
Lime leaves 2pcs
Lemongrass smashed 2pcs
Salam leaves 2pcs
Lemon juice 1tsp
Tomato sauce or ketchup 2dsp
Chicken stock  ½ cup
Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Clean the prawns and skinned
  2. Mix chili, salt and shrimp paste
  3. Heat the oil in sauté pan, sweat shallot, garlic and continue with
  4. Chili mixture, lime leaves, lemon grass, salam leaves , tomato and prawns
  5. Stir well add chicken stock and lemon juice, heat for 5 minutes
